INDIVIDUAL DELEGATES applying from outside of Ankara and under the age of 18 can not be provided accomodation, and MUNBU25 will not take any responsiblity for any other outsice accomodation sources.

Be advised that delegations cannot choose which hotel they will be accomodated at and the hotel assignments will be done by our Organization Team. In addition, be aware that there are limited number of rooms available for each type of room. Because of the aforementioned information, your delegation’s preferred room type may not be available. In case of our inability to satisfy your requests, we may have to change your room type for some of your delegates from triple to double or double to triple. Please keep this information in mind before applying.
