You can take M1-2-3 metro from any stop on it (Batıkent-Ulus-Kızılay-Milli Kütüphane-Çayyolu-Koru) until you reach Bilkent metro stop and walk to the bus stop to get on busses 175 or 176.

Both of these busses end up within the Campus grounds and therefore you will not need to walk the steep incline at the entrance to Bilkent University.
